1) What is the difference between hats available in department stores and hats designed especially for women with cancer?

• Women with hair loss require a hat slightly smaller than a regular sized hat since there is little or no hair to take up space under the hat.
• Women with no hair require head coverings that fit securely and provide total coverage of the hair line.
• The specially designed hat must be comfortable enough to wear all day if needed.

A woman with hair loss needs all this incorporated into a fashionable and flattering design.

2) What is your return policy?

• Hats may be returned for exchange only.
• Hats must be returned within two weeks following the date of delivery.
• Include a note clearly naming the item requested for exchange with the return.
• Please enclose a check for the difference should an item of higher value be chosen.

3) What are your shipping and handling fees?

• There is a $5.25 charge for all Canadian and United States orders placed through Pay Pal.
• Orders sent to Europe are calculated at the time of order. The purchaser will be notified by e-mail as to the $ amount.
• Shipment is handled by Canada Post.
